1.Responsible for establishing and improving the company's human resource management system,ensuring that human resource work is becoming increasingly scientific and standardized in accordance with the company's development goals.

2.Responsible for establishing,implementing,and revising the company's labor and personnel management system,and developing human resource plans based on the company's development strategy and business plan.

3.Review the staffing of the company annually based on the company's business objectives and personnel needs plan,and manage the increase or decrease of personnel in a centralized manner.

4.Regularly collect human resource information from both inside and outside the company,establish a talent pool,and ensure talent reserves.

5.Responsible for employee recruitment,internal selection,employment and dismissal procedures,and participating in the recruitment of senior talents in the company.

6.Responsible for formulating,implementing,and revising employee compensation plans,and monitoring the company's compensation situation.

7.Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
